We want to have a GREAT team - not necessarily great friendships.
This is a club where you don’t have to really be best friends with the other
members. But you do have to have an equal respect of other members as
professionals and respect their horses.
We know that most of the team players have come together simply out of
the love of their horses and love of entertaining not because of friendships
within the team. If you make good/great friends during your club membership –
that’s great but is not a requirement to belong to All American Drill
Team. The team’s only real requirement
is to show respect one to another, be there for practice/performances, no
gossip about others/horses, enjoy your ride and have fun. Members should not
sweat the little things and get over the big things…quickly. XuXa Dyer.
