A member must show team spirit and a desire to
learn her/his position.
The position is held for one year – from
January until December 2005.
CEO (chief executive officer) = The CEO is responsible for the entire team. The CEO
oversees and may overwrite any decision regarding anything concerning the team,
the members, via the CEOs discretion for the good of the members and the team
as a group.
Coach &Co-Coach
= The coach/co-coach will be in
charge of overseeing each rider and their ability to ride appropriately. The coach/co-coach will coordinate the
routine and music for upcoming events.
The coach/co-coach will be responsible for making sure each rider has
their uniform correctly. The
coach/co-coach will speak to other members regarding problems of any kind. Problems that might arise is as follows; late
to practice, or not showing up to practices, gossiping, no ride, no money,
fighting with others, being mean to others, not understanding or able to learn
the routine, etc.
Captain
& Co-Captain = The
captain/co-captain will be responsible for helping and teaching the routine to
the other riders during practices. The
captain/co-captain will also be responsible for contacting other riders
regarding events, practices, meetings, etc. The captain/co-captain will
schedule the practice time and place via approval of the CEO.
Treasurer = The
Treasurer is responsible for collecting dues, past dues, sponsorship
monies. The Treasurer will give a
monthly report to the riders during business meetings.
Newsletter Editor =
The
newsletter editor will be responsible for creating a newsletter for our
team. The newsletter editor will send
out the newsletter and collect all names, address, and birthday dates of each
team member. The newsletter editor will give a report each month during our
business meetings regarding birthdays, upcoming events, etc. The newsletter
editor will give updates to our members of names, address, of our members, etc.
